The 31cm x 26cm Rectangular Baking Dish by Digoin, the French producers of Honey-Brown Ovenware. Made from traditional terracotta the dish is then fired at a higher than usual temperature, giving it an increased durability and resistance to thermal shock. As well as being used in the oven the dish can also be used over a gentle gas flame, but will require a diffuser when used on other hob types. It can also be used in the microwave.
